Hey after playing around i was able to hack weapon to max it. But you hve to reapply it for every mission for its effect to last. In gohanmem go to normal search then block memory. Go to memory block 11 then input attack value of your weapon. Then search. Back to game change the weapon and input the value. Do this till only 7 search fields are found edit them.
I can't seem to make the mintama codes you are giving work. Tell me the offset i try searching
